Lower Mountains Air Conditioning are experts in what we do – after all, we have been operating since 1988.The company originally opened in Blaxland East. Since that time, it’s relocated to Smith Street, Emu Plains and then again to a larger premises in Russell Street, Emu Plains where we remain today.

We are proud to be dealers of six major brands: Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, LG, Daikin, Actron Air and Braemar. And service any brand, even if it wasn’t our installation.Andrew and Anthea are the owners of Strathdee Electrical, a family-owned business now in its third generation, handed down from Andrew’s grandfather since 1956. That’s a huge 78 years.

Andrew is a qualified electrician and experienced refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical technician. He has extensive experience in the field, installing and servicing domestic, industrial and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration equipment and electrical work.Andrew and Anthea are responsible for the general running of the business including on-site sales and quotations. In addition to this, they also participate in servicing and trouble-shooting any technical difficulties in most brands. They are supported by a reliable, loyal and qualified team of 14 staff including tradespeople, apprentices, trade assistants and friendly office staff.
